Having worked in the funeral industry since 2004, I continued my professional training with a recognised funeral training body in the UK in 2011 to become one of Ireland’s first qualified civil funeral celebrants. I have been a panelist on many radio programmes, both local and national, discussing the rise in popularity of civil funerals in Ireland. I am a regular contributor to the funeral trade press, the official representative of the Institute of Civil Funerals (IoCF) in Ireland, and also a member of Irish Association of Funeral Directors (IAFD).
As a Civil Funeral Celebrant, I will advise and guide you through this sad and difficult time. I can interpret your wishes, make many suggestions about content and structure to help you create a ceremony that is a fitting tribute to your loved one.
Feel free to call or email me at any time that is convenient to you.
